finally! hes walking!

tyler is finally walking!! hes been working on it and i lured him out from under the dining table with raisins earlier and he walked, actually walked!! not just a few steps either. then he did it again andhas been letting go and taking steps and walking since!!

AWESOME!

so the kids and i are going home next sunday but our flight wasnt going to leave seattle till monday at 210 pm wich had us getting to dc at 958 pm, ugh. putting us at dads aourn midnight, double ugh. sooooo. i decided to take a look on alaska air to see what was available. i found a 915 am flight that wasnt there before!! and since my flight time changed from the origional reservations, i was able to change our flight with no fees!! so now i get to dca t 458 pm and will get to dads around 7!! im so freaking excited!

wow its december already!

i cant beleive its decmber already. the time is just flying! well ty and i went to seattle last week,poor boy needs surgery. so we'll be going back in a few months when jason comes home. we put up christmas lights yesterday and have had a little tree up for about 2 weeks now. thanksgiving went good, too much food was eaten of course and jason and i just polished off the last of the pie yesterday. now im on a strict diet (meaning sticking to my ww and getting to the gym when i can). so logan , tyler and i will be going home to virginia and north carolina in 12 days!! omg!! i cant wait. im sad that my sister wont be able to make it home. she wanted to, she really did, but leave is an issue. at her work, people who got leave for this year put in for it last year, so theres no way shed have gotten it anyhow. there will be some family comming in so that will be good. as far as sibling,s it will just be me and my two younger brothers. we get into dc on the 15th, will hang out in virginia on the 16th, then go to my inlaws in western nc the 17th, come back to va the 22 then stay there through the 29th, the head down to eastern nc to see mom and then back up. whew thats a lot of travel. wish i didnt have so many people to see, grrr.

new hair

so i went friday and got a new hair cut. she rounded out my old cut and gave me some layers and i got bangs!!i havent had bangs in gosh i think like 10 years or so. so its definately and adjustment. andthis weekend i realized that you really need some other kind of hair product other than frizz ease to make this cut look right. i did manage to get it decent today, but it was kinda flat.

halloween

well halloween was a blast. tyler was dumbo andlogan wasspongebob. jason was frankenstein and i was dracula. jason even participated in the haunted house that sherry and larry put up. he had alot of fun. of course we did the trick or treating and then after allw as said and done jason and i went out with the of the gang to the 2 bars in town,lol. yes i said 2. we had fun though and even gotour picture in the newspaper. hangovers totally suck. i didnt drink that mch but i must have mixed wrong b/ci was bombed after 4 drinks(in a 4 hour period). i had to crawl up the stairs when we got home and then we had to shower b/c we hadd all the makeup on and smelled like cigarette smoke from the bar. needless to say i layed around most of the day saturday.

so little mister tyler isant walking yet, but he sure can climb. go figure. this morning he climbed into the storage bin in the coffee table and then on top of it. he just sat there with that im hot shit attitude,lol. oh and hes been pushing the stool up to whatever he wants to reach then stands on it,lol. also has been climbing on the couch and looking out the window

i despise the dentist

as i said i despise the dentist. i had to go in today and get 3,yes 3 cavaties fille. grrr. thpought i only had 2 to fill today, but he saw and extra one on the films, grrr.and lucky me get to go back next month for 1 more. they did a good job, but they had to give me a double dose of novacain ont he bottom b/c it wore off a bit. then on the top the cavaties werein between the teeth so they had to use these awful spacer things that put pressure on your teeth. the felt horrible. so now my right side of my mouth is numb, i have a headache from holding my mouth open so long. oh and im hungry too but i cant eat for a while. if i do i will most likely end up biting my tounge or inside of my cheek. besides, not like i can taste the food right now. hopefully it wont take too long to wear off, last time it took like 2 or 3 hours to wear off, no fun i tell ya , no fun

no gym and ramblings

ok, so no gym for me todayt, not feeling so well.mostly a headache, and chances are it will get worse. plus i have cleaning to do,so i'll just do that vigorously. ive been good food wise so far. ive only had a bananna (wich some was give to ty) and thena bowl of oatmeal a bit ago (wich some was also given to ty, hes such a mooch,lol). weather is yucky as usual, not surprise there. there was something i was gonna do today, what was it??.... i'll remember eventually i sappose. tomarrow i have to go to the dentist, i am sooo not looking forward to that. havea few cavities,but i guess in the end id rather get them taken care of thenhave my teeth rot out my head,lol.i made cupackes yesterday afternoon for logans class today. they are little green monsters, i'll post a pick in a bit after im done cleaning.

why cant i get motivated,grrr

so i ve been working on my weight loss for a year now. i keepp slipping into periods or zero motivation and once im out of it, its harder to get back in. when logan started school in september i started going to the gym in the morning after i dropped him off. well things happened anywhere from sick kids to me being sick and other obligations. that was weeks ago and so far ive only managed to go to the gym 1 day a week. i didnt go yesterday b/c i wasnt feeling well. i went today, but i didnt finish my ab work out (ty was tired and we needed to go) i could have finished athome but i didnt. bad ash, bad,lol. i am going to go tomarrow, i must. i have like 5 or 6 weeks till i go on vacationa nd i want to loose atleast 10 more lbs. in the paswt year i have lost 50 lbs. that of course includes how much i lost just from giving birth last october. i started loosely following weight watchers ( i should strictly following it) and i started the gym in july. i just really need to stay motivated...
so im going to keep track of myself on here as well.

teething, fun

oh boy, tylers getting his 1 year molars in. hes not a happy camper right now. poor guy kept waking up and fussing. this morning hes not all there either. im being a lazy bum today as well, so thats ok. today was pajama day at school for red ribbon week for dare. so logan is in his spiderman pj's today, ill post pics later.

apparently deer like pumpkins

i have never lived somewhere , where the risk of your jack o lanterns being smashed by some kid is lower than the risk of your jack being eaten by a deer,lol. yesterday evening one of my neighbors pumpkins became a deer's dinner. well i guess they were still hungry and came back to eat one of ours for desert. i went outside about 11 to unplug our halloween decorations to find that the tree jason had carved in his pumpkin was completely gone. so now his pumpkin just has a big ol hole in it. mine has a few teeth missing but nothing major. im glad tey didnt demolish mine, it took over an hour probally almsot 2 to finish. all that for a pumpkin?? yes crazy, i know. but other than decorating cakes, thats about the only art work i do lately, so i gotta give it my best right?? nothing wrong with being creative i suppose. logans is untouched wich is good, he'd probally have been heartbroken if a deer at his. so now our jack-o-lanterns are hididng on the back porch to avoid becomming dinner for another deer. wich is highly likely, they are EVERYWHERE here. and they are like dogs too, they will stand there, you can get up close to them and they wont move, just stare at you. seriously a buck was in our front yard the other day and was like 5 feeet at the most from me, just walked right by and looked right at me like it was cool,lol.

well hello there

well it has finally started snowing here in petersburg, i say finally b/c ive been in kodiak for 2 years now and am used to it comming a little earlier. right now its still mixed with rain, booooo. i hate the rain. but that probally b/c im living here. it rains allt he time. imgoing totry and keep up on this blogging. hoping it iwll keep me a little occupied this winter,lol.
